Aloe manandonae is an endemic species Madagascar. It is a plant that grows stalkless, very solitary or sometimes forms small groups. The plant has 15 to 22 vertical leaves, ovate and pointed, which are slightly curved at their ends and form rather loose rosettes. The yellowish green and densely covered limbus is 20 to 30 inches long and 5 to 7 inches wide. The solid and cartilaginous teeth of the edge of the leaf have a length of 1 to 2 millimeters and are spaced from 2 to 5 millimeters.
