Aloe argyrostachys makes the stem grow and individually. The bare and straight trunk reaches a length of 50 centimeters. The rigid, linear-lanceolate leaves, up to 30 ascending arches, are arranged in two rows. The blue-green limb can grow to 36 inches long and 5 inches wide. Their tip is rounded. The sharp, white, brown-tipped teeth on the edge of the leaves are 1 to 2 millimeters long and about 10 millimeters apart. The juice of the leaf is clear. It dries very light green.
