What is the minimum purchase amount?
The minimum amount is US$ 15. Shipping cost not included.
Can I pay other than Paypal?
Yes, we accept:
- Mastercard, Visa, American Express (via Paypal)
Do I need a phytosanitary certificate and/or an import permit?
The authorities in your country can provide the necessary information on phytosanitary certificates and important permits. Many countries, such as in Europe, require virtually no authorization to receive our products. In general, the islands, such as Taiwan, Tahiti, New Caledonia, Mauritius, Florida (US) have the most stringent regulations. Please note that Rarexoticseeds does not provide any phytosanitary certificate. However, it is possible to deliver a certificate if your order reaches $50. The certificate will be valid for all the seeds you order. If you need one, feel free to contact us with your order number just after placing your order on our website. We will send you a Paypal request in order to pay for the certificate (cost $20 per certificate). Rarexoticseeds cannot be held responsible for blocking duty due to failure to license, though we can assure you that at least 98% of orders are delivered without problem. Please note that Rarexoticseeds will not refund any order that is intercepted or destroyed by customs.
Out of stock products: When will they be back?
Due to the rarity of some of our products, our supply of certain products can be irregular, so we cannot announce with certainty when they will be back in stock. Please visit the site regularly to check product availability.
Do you have any other species?
All the species we have are posted on the website. We don't offer any species search services.
Can you give me more information about the products?
All information we have is on the website in the product description and the page giving advice on germination. Please note that the advice on germination document is not included with the shipment of your order.
The seeds are sent in transparent plastic packets with the name tag of the species on the packet.
What is my order status ?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. Also, you will receive status notifications by email.
How much do the shipping fees cost ?
For a shipping fees quotation, check your cart at any times. You can simulate an order and stop just before proceeding to payment.
Can I pay when I receive my order ?
Sorry to inform you that Rarexoticseeds doesn’t provide Cash On Delivery service.
If you do not have access to credit card or if Paypal does not work in your country, please know that we also accept the following payment methods for orders above $50 (USD):
- Western Union
- International money orders
- Canadian and US personal checks.
Please note that we prioritize payments made with credit cards or via Paypal. If you choose other payment methods, order preparation may take longer than usual.
What is the usual delivery time ?
