Myrtillocactus geometrizans is a large shrubby cactus growing to 4–5 m tall, with candelabra-like branching on mature plants. Commonly called "The blue candle", this perennial gets white flowers in summer and is very sensitive to cold! There are even forests entirely covered and occupied by this cactus in its country of origin which is Mexico.
