Polygonatum odoratum, commonly known as Angular Solomon's-seal or Scented Solomon's-seal, is a plant species of the genus Polygonatum. Polygonatum odoratum is a colonizing herbaceous plant with alternate, simple leaves, on green stems. The flowers are white, borne in spring and hang from the underside of the stems. P. odoratum does well in moist, shaded soil and will spread by stolons. P. odoratum is used in traditional Chinese medicine, where it is called yùzhú (玉竹).
